The indoor pool offers a fun spot for families, even if it was closed during my stay. The room had essential amenities like a fridge and microwave, making it convenient for snacks or quick meals after a long day at the Grand Canyon.
Check-in wasn’t great—no one informed me about the housekeeping schedule, so on my second day, my room went uncleaned. Requests for clean towels took forever, leaving me with dirty ones while trash overflowed. The decor feels outdated, with some furniture showing significant wear; it could use a good makeover. Also, don’t expect breakfast options; I was disappointed to find nothing available other than a restaurant that was closed.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, providing helpful information. My suite had all the amenities needed for a business stay and matched the online photos. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, providing much-needed relaxation after a long day of meetings.
The decor felt outdated, and the remote control for the TV was partially functional, requiring manual operation for power on/off.

Spacious queen room with two queen beds, mini fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV. The indoor pool was a big hit with the kids. Nice staff who were super helpful! Close to restaurants and just a short drive to the Grand Canyon. The breakfast options were limited, just an apple and a nutrition bar in a bag.

Loved the accessible room with a walk-in shower for my son! The pool was clean, and we had loads of towels—like, a towel party. Very accommodating staff made our stay smooth, even with last-minute room changes.
However, the Wi-Fi was slower than a snail on vacation. I thought I might age a bit waiting for my emails to load!

Our two-night stay in the three-bedroom suite was quite comfortable overall, with clean beds and a fantastic pool that the kids loved. the suite could use some deep cleaning as we found stains in the tub and some mildew in the bathroom. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. Despite some issues, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the convenience of the vending machine options for snacks.
